Very pleased with the fit, the colour, and the quality. Arrived on time and well packaged

I have only worn it indoors because the spring weather hasn’t yet appeared. It feels and looks great. I am so looking forward to wearing it outdoors when the weather turns warmer.

Having ordered a large size I annoyingly received a medium in just a few days. However, returning the item was simple using the same box and OS online return procedure, but on trying to place an order for the correct size I hit a barrier. I was unable to select the correct size because it was greyed out , presumably because OS thought they had sent large already.
I then tried to create a new order for a large size which went well until I tried to use the 20% discount code I used initially. Unfortunately the code was rejected as I had already used it on the incorrectly supplied jacket. I gave up at this point.
The jacket however is a fabulously soft suede as expected from OS. If I can find the time to call I would probably order another as long as it was at the discounted price.
In twenty years as an OS customer this is the first time I’ve had a problem with them. Could do better, hence three stars.

Lovely minimilaist understated styling. Quality material fits me well. I’m 6’ 5” and 46 or XXL is a perfect fit.

Buttery soft suede, beautiful rich colour, wonderful fit (I went for S), expertly crafted, lovely patina to the zip/fastenings. I cannot recommend this jacket highly enough!
