In 2018 we teamed up with legendary landscape and portrait photographer, Nadav Kander, to create The Photographer’s Boot.
Kander’s studio resides in the same cobbled mews as Oliver Sweeney in Kentish Town, where he and Oliver Sweeney's Cobbler-in-Chief, Tim Cooper, met and quickly struck up a friendship.
From their conversations it emerged that Nadav needed a beautiful looking shoe that was comfortable and practical to wear whilst shooting his famous subjects and landscapes. Tim set out to make this a reality and so ‘The Photographer’s Boot’ was born - a stunning hand-crafted Chelsea boot made from water-resistant suede with a flexible non-slip sole..
The boot was hand-crafted from luxurious Italian suede in the traditional Blake-stitched construction. It also featured the title of Kander’s first Monograph book - ‘Beauty’s Nothing’ - stitched into the back of the boot.
This collection has now sold out
