Our popular Goodyear welted double monk style is available in grey soft calf suede. The double monk has twin 3 hole adjustable straps with bright gunmetal finish buckles, ensuring a good fit, and a toe cap with twin stitch row. Inside there is a full calf leather lining and cushioned leather half insock. The upper is Goodyear welted to a leather sole with a green stained waist and a tipped rubber heel.

.Unfortunately, there is a significant discrepancy in sizing with Oliver Sweeney shoes. I have seen some guidance suggesting ordering half or even a full size up or down, but there is no specific advice for this particular shoe. I initially ordered a size 7, which was much too small, and then a size 8, which turned out to be too big. For future reference, it would be helpful if Oliver Sweeney provided more detailed sizing recommendations for each style to avoid this issue.

While the quality of Oliver Sweeney shoes is undeniable, the inconsistency in sizing is frustrating and unacceptable. You never truly know what size to order—one pair in your usual size might be too big, while another in a size down fits perfectly. Yet, order the opposite way, and the shoes are suddenly too tight. This leaves customers stuck in a cycle of returns and reordering, which is both time-consuming and disappointing. For a brand that prides itself on craftsmanship and premium pricing, a more reliable and consistent fit should be the standard, not an exception. Customers deserve better.Id be interested to hear your response to the problems I've faced
