Loved this shoehorn. It looks and feels beautiful and the fact it is made from wood made it extra special, unfortunately because of this there was a small crack running from the bottom upwards which would eventually break off with use. I contacted customer care and the advisor I spoke to was exceptional and sorted everything out, hence the 5 stars. Absolutely recommend this company and products.
