Our new premium Norwegian welted hiking boot is a vintage design with the Sweeney Vintage treatment. The boots are washed in giant machines before hand colouring, polishing and antique finishing by hand. This gives the dark brown calf leather uppers an instantly worn-in, ‘old favourites’ appeal. The Norwegian welt is a favoured construction for hikers, as it provides extra stability and protection, with the leather welt covering the join between the upper and the sole. We've opted for the St Moritz rubber outsole, a durable sole with a cleated tread. As you'd expect we've included a full, calf leather lining and padded insock.
