Had to go up a size and then they were perfect

Despite buying one size over my size the slippers were extremely uncomfortable

If I could have given these slippers zero stars, I would have done. I cannot understand why these slippers have not been designed with an elastic gusset. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get one's feet into them.

I am very disappointed with Oliver Sweeney for continuing to sell this product. They must have known that the design was inferior.

I took another reviewers advice and ordered a size 11, even though I am a size 9 and a half. I was expecting the slippers to be huge but they are a perfect fit! I am therefore glad i took the advice, as I am now walking around enjoying the most comfortable and well made pair of slippers I’ve ever had

These are a really lovely pair of slippers but i'd question the sizing.
I am size 9 maybe 9.5 but the 9's went nowhere near me. I swapped them for a 10 and still no chance. In the end i went for an 11 and they fit nicely.
Cannot fault the quality though - super comfortable and feel well made as always.

Slippers arrived and look nice but they are absurdly small. I am a standard size 10 and I could barely get my feet in these. They are extremely tight across the bridge - to the point that I returned them immediately.
