Description

Our Chaves boot has been a favourite for a number of years now. The dark brown version is made from dip dyed calf leather – the boots are made up in a natural leather and dipped into a vat of dye to create a casual texture and a subtle non-uniformity of colour with burnishing at the toe and heel. This gives the boots an instant ‘old favourites’ appeal. The Derby style has a twin stitch row demarking a toe cap and twin stitch rows around the seams with a herringbone fabric back pull tab. Inside there is full calf leather lining and full leather insock. The Blake stitched leather sole includes a leather welt over the join to the upper and an inlaid rubber cleated tread for additional practicality.

Purchased a pair of Chaves dark brown boots. They arrived very quickly and they were exactly as described online. The construction of the boots is excellent and the uppers are beautifully finished and polished. The soles appear hard wearing and I like the practical cleated insert in the soles. I tried them on immediately and they fit well. I usually take a size 11 and these size 11 boots are a good fit for me, so the sizing is accurate. A good quality purchase which I am pleased with.

High end comfort

Super comfy, well constructed and worth every penny. Ordered a size 9 which is usual size and perfect fit. Can wear all day and don't rub and look great with smart or casual outfit

Nicely constructed boot

Bought these boots on the sale , recommendation was to go for a whole size down . Unfortunately this was not viable for me as this was not available , I'm am a normal size 8 and opted for this and found the fit was good. Possibly helps to my slightly wider feet . Very pleased with these well crafted smart looking boots .
