Bought these boots on the sale , recommendation was to go for a whole size down . Unfortunately this was not viable for me as this was not available , I'm am a normal size 8 and opted for this and found the fit was good. Possibly helps to my slightly wider feet . Very pleased with these well crafted smart looking boots .

Brilliant Boots

Extremely well made as to be expected by OS. Let's talk about sizing, OS recommends going a size below normal but that option was out for me as I bought in the sale and only 8s were available. That is the size I get for 95% of footwear but that's due to the width of my foot. I would say that these are a size too long but a smaller size I doubt I would have got on - the lace distance between each side is about 2cm when done up tight. In saying that they are very comfortable and have been from day 1.
